Our Office Manager KPI Series
In our KPI series of courses, you’ll learn about the top Key Performance Indicators your office should be tracking, how you can gain control over your data, and how you can use the data to make changes to improve efficiency and productivity in your office.
Our KPI 101 course will focus on the top 5 KPIs most offices overlook and how you can find these KPI numbers for your office. We’ll dive into what these numbers tell us about the health of our practice, and most importantly, real life tactical ideas on how your office can influence and improve these KPI numbers. Customized spreadsheets and trackers will keep you on track to increase your numbers right away!
Our KPI 102 course will dive further into numbers tracking and data driven information. We’ll discuss additional KPIs which drive practice profitability and productivity. With specialized turn-key spreadsheets, you’ll leave the course prepared to monitor the health of your practice moving forward, along with pertinent information on how to improve and stabilize these important KPIs.
As part of our end of the year annual KPI retreat, you’ll explore goal setting for next year to start your year off on the right foot. You’ll learn practical tactics to set attainable and achievable goals for your team. We’ll give you steps on how to read your end of the year reports, how to set up information with your practice accountant, and how to make 2021 a year of growth and opportunity!

Annual KPI Retreat – 3 days of goal setting, learning more about numbers than you ever cared to know and celebrating the wins you had in 2020! This 3-day retreat will set you up for success in 2021 and get your practice started out on the right path. You need to complete KPI 101 and 102 to attend this retreat.

Front Office Administration Training for the New Front Office Hire

In my 2 day course, your new hire will learn dental terminology, phone skills, scheduling skills, how to get an insurance breakdown, how to talk about insurance and how to present a basic treatment plan while learning on the latest version of Dentrix as well. All while learning Customer Service skills that will help them set your office apart from everyone else. No more baptism by fire!

Our front office training course is designed for dental front office professionals who are ready to take their practice to the next level of customer service and a higher standard of care. These intentionally designed courses will focus on the top four skills needed to establish a well run front office system: Phone Skills, Scheduling, Case Acceptance and Insurance Coordination. You’ll leave these courses feeling prepared with new systems the entire office can follow, and a firm understanding of how a true Concierge driven office will retain more patients, increase office productivity, and create a more efficiently organized practice.
