Having worked in nearly every position within a dental office—including both general and specialty practices—Dana brings a rare, comprehensive understanding of how practices truly function behind the scenes.

Dana’s work focuses on helping practice owners strengthen leadership, improve operational systems, and elevate the patient experience. She is known for her ability to quickly identify operational blind spots and provide practical solutions that create stronger teams, more efficient systems, and healthier practice environments.

Since transitioning into dental operations and leadership development, Dana has worked alongside practice owners and office teams across the country, helping them navigate growth, staffing challenges, scheduling inefficiencies, and the complexities of running a modern dental practice.
